ABOUT THE TOUR:

The Bowery is the birthplace of modern American tattooing. On this tour we meet at Daredevil Tattoo for a look at the Museum of Tattoo History with artifacts from Bowery Tattooers, Samuel O’Reilly, who patented the first electric tattoo machine,  Charlie Wagner, who opened the first tattoo supply company, and Mille Hull, “New York’s only lady tattooer” and many important historical figures in tattooing.
